Notes to Self for Future Hospital Stays and Cyclic Vomiting Episodes...

1. When people ask if there is anything they can do to help, say "YES", even if you can't think of anything at the moment. You will think of something soon, and you will need them.

2. More than 2 nights in the hospital is too much for you. Need to break out before you lose your mind.

3. Teach Gracie that mommy isn't the only person that can help her. In fact when mommy let's other mommy's help, this mommy is much easier to live with.

4. Let Allen stay the night in the hospital. You aren't Wonder Woman!! (You like to think you are - but you aren't). So let your husband help you!

5. Did we already say "You aren't Wonder Woman?" Hire a care-giver if necessary. There are terrific pre-med and pre-nursing friends out there that really want to help.

6. Don't forget to get plenty of exercise, even if you are stuck in the hospital. You have plenty of friends who would be willing to come sit with Gracie, so you can go for a run.

7. On day one of Gracie's cycle, quick make a menu for the week and get the cupboards stocked. Guess what Devin, Michael and Austin, we are going to learn how to cook!

These 7 items have made this hospital visit SOOO much more tolerable. Thank you to all my dear dear friends who helped me this time. I can't tell you what a difference you have made! ((Hugs))
