More tests...

Well, this morning they drew more blood from our precious girl to get some more tests. They are testing for a number of different things and we are hoping we will find something soon. Gracie still will not eat or drink and can't hold anything down, so we don't get to go home until she can do that. Allen and I are both starting to feel very discouraged, not to mention the fact that we are exhausted from trying to manage our home and jobs back and forth from the hospital.

We asked our doctor about seeing a gut specialist and that is definately in the future, but just not until we rule out everything they want us to rule out. The docs have been consulting with the specialists and that is what they are saying. So right now, it's just wait and see. Our prayer is that she will begin eating and drinking and stop throwing everything up. And that we would find out what is causing this. It appears to be a cyclical problem, so it's probably going to happen again if we don't find out what the problem is. Thanks for your prayers. Our hearts are breaking for our precious little girl.
